Aztec Sintered Pads work well on the rear disc brake (a bit more resistant to overheating and wear less quickly) but lack the initial bite (quick response) I'd want on the front brake. The sintered pads take a brief moment to reach full power - i.e. work best once warm. I've just fitted the front disc brake to reduce rim wear over the winter, I'll get some semi metallic pads to try on the front instead of the organic currently fitted. Those
