I've often been puzzled as to why these (or similar) aren't making a comeback. Seems an eminently sensible motorcycle design to me - some protection from the weather, seemingly reasonable crash protection.

I've seen a few of them around. The front wheel seems a bit small, wouldn't want to hit a pothole.

As soon as it is hit, it triggers an alarm as loud as a car horn...

I sense that were I to ride one I might be a target for wags who think it funny to slap the top of my bicycle... Making the alarm sound.
