Identify a [s]bee[/s] insect?

This fluffy orange bee.



Regulator:
What colour is the abdomen?   I can’t quite see...

There was a tree bee colony at a church I visited on my walk yesterday.  A fantastic sight.

I'd wondered if it was a tree bubble bee, but it doesn't have the black abdomen.
