Flat/hilly routes between same two points examples
« on: 05 July, 2018, 02:58:20 pm »

If anyone has got any examples of bike journeys in the UK, that you have ridden or ride regularly, between two points A and B - where there are two options, one a hillier route and one a flatter route - I would be interested to know. Ideally a gpx/tcx/link to each route but if not a description would suffice.
If you can give a ball park figure of how long each takes you even better.
They must both be between the same two points, and there can't be any intermediate 'controls' (unless they're common to both, in which case it's
effectively multiple examples). It doesn't matter how long they are, but if anything, the shorter the better. Preferably on road but ashpalt cycle paths ok.
I am working on a 'flattest' router.
Thanks

I can email you a couple of GPXs - they are about 5km if that helps?
