Train to Dalmeny and Twilight 600?
Sleep stop at Corran visited at about 230k for check-in, change into night kit, dump stuff you don't want to humph around Ardgour; then again for sleep at about 360k.

Ah handy, McNasty provides no info on the AUK event page and never remember to ask him about it and the Kingdom Come.
Some of my favourite roads in there.
and least favourite too, not a fan of the A82 outwith the off season, and there's no daylight in the off season.

Yes, the A82 is a bit 'orrible.

I hadn't realised it was available as a trad perm when I did it as a DIYxGPS ( Advisory Route).
FWIW, here are the controls I submitted:

Other Information :
https://goo.gl/maps/o5yTTuRCLKm

Start: South Queensferry

    Location   Lat/Long   Distance (kms)
01.   Kelty       25
02.   Crieff       68
03.   Aberfeldy       105
04.   Crianlarich       163
05.   Corran Ferry       232
06.   Acharacle       275
07.   Lochailort       305
08.   Fort William       350
09.   Oban       418
10.   Crianlarich       482
11.   Callander       530
12.   Grangemouth       575
13.   South Queensferry       601

Thanks
as much as an Auchterarder start would tempt me as the most local point, getting Kelty over with early and finishing on Skinflats seems to make sense.

How do you find the A84 between Blair Drummond and Stirling? (2k extra detour via dunblane tempting?)
I rode the section from Doune to Callendar on route to the Duke's pass once and was baffled as to where the traffic was coming from and going to as I never seem to find that much up at Lochearnhead.

I'll get that info into an entry on my to ride list.

That was just bad route planning on my part.

I should have come in via Dumblane / Bridge of Allan.

Understandable.

Asparagus and Strawberries 400 starts in Manningtree, but would need a change of trains to get to the start. There are Travelodges at about 320km (Barton Mills, Newmarket or off route at Cambridge Fourwentways) to make it into a very lesuirely 400

Here's the calendar route https://ridewithgps.com/trips/4624596

Or There is a very nice bus stop in Balsham that has just been refurbished!

3 Coasts? Train to Hebden (Northern service from Leeds) and bonus AAA points at the end: http://www.aukweb.net/perms/detail/CC11/
Not sure I could resist the bright lights of Blackpool. That Scotch one is winning so far, would make up for my missing the 1000 I think. Fancy it?  ;)

Come and do Perrin's 3 Steps 2 7 with me. If you ask nicely he might let you enter (may contain traces of Welshness).

See you there then Deano. Also available as a perm if the calendar date doesn't suit.

I did the Daylight as a calendar event a long time ago. It was very special.

I think the Twilight would be an excellent choice.

Looks like I've convinced Dale too, so can we arrange a tandem tow now?

An easy 400, 500 or 600?  Well you've missed it.

I failed on riding a 400 a few years ago when sleep got the better of me, so I looked for an easy replacement 400.  I settled on the 24 hour Time Trial as AUK will award you points depending on the kilometres completed.  For me, 500km is an achievable target within 24 hours  - only just - but 600km definitely not.  As I was only aiming for 400km, I was able to take it leisurely.  I even had a nap during the night on my way to 440km.

If you can get to the start, the logistics are easy, with marshals pointing the way, with refreshments available at the 24 hour petrol station, and (in those days) with the Raven Café open for 24 hours.  The route might be a bit monotonous, but if you don't go eye-balls out and just aim for 400km, you don't get to do as many laps.

But as I say, that boat has sailed this year.  You also mentioned AAA points, which aren't available.  It doesn't count as a BRM so has no value for PBP.

We've got time to arrange a tandem for ourselves...  ;)

Fails the logistically easy bit; if anyone asks me where I'm going I'm screwed.

(One of the many highlights of the Mille Cymru was when Deano was asked 'where are you off to?' and he replied 'I dunno, I can't pronounce it.)

Ma - cun - theth  (approximately)
Eddington Numbers 130 (imperial), 182 (metric) 574 (furlongs)  114 (nautical miles)
