I had to miss the last day of the tour in order to relocate ready for an interview in Wolverhampton yesterday. I'll be one of ten resident artists being a ~~good~~ influence on the BA Art Students. They've got a soundproof booth that'll be ideal for me

Actually I saw this place featured on the telly some while back. I think the programme was called 'Hunted' (?) The premise is that a bunch of people are set loose with the aim to try to remain undetected for a month while they are being chased down by a bunch of professional ex-police and assorted spook types. The Barge Inn was the scene of one of the runners getting captured - in fact, I think one of the Inn's staff may have dobbed him in and made a phone call to claim a reward.

It really was the campsite from hell on the occasion when we stayed there. A pity really, as it's a nice location, and the actual pub itself wasn't too bad.
