Problem renewing AUK membership online

I'm trying to renew my AUK membership online using the Rejoining? Enter your previous membership number bit of that page. However, when I enter my membership number I get a message saying "Sorry that membership number is already in use. Please join as a new member.". Yes, it's me! .

Anyone else had this issue or is it just me? (I realise I could email whoever runs the website, but I wanna check I'm not being dense or something.)

I had no probs
but I wonder if it's an initial letter problem ?  have you tried with last year's initial, or the one you had when you first joined ?

I've tried E####, F#### and just #### and I get the same message each time .

I just did it from the link on the Auk home page https://www.aukweb.net/forms/renewal.php/

and it worked fine.  I'd logged in on the membership area first - dunno if that made a difference or if it's just the difference between rejoining & renewal

Try logging in under MEMBER with your membership number and password and check Membership card number. You may find a letter G in front already which would mean you've rejoined.
I had a direct debit set up last year and found myself trying to pay twice till the members secretary reminded me I'd already paid by DD. Maybe you've done the same thing.

This reminded me I needed to renew (plus entering an event and being told my membership runs out at the end of the year).

On a slightly different issue is anyone else finding the Audax site really slow this weekend? I entered a couple of events yesterday and then gave up as it was so slow moving form page to page and the renewal process today was also very slow. I am browsing other sites at normal speed.

I just tried to renew online and had the same problem as Andrij, but clicking on your second link did the trick. Thanks!

I think the problem is that there's no obvious link to the renewal form (at least, not one that's obvious to me), only the one to the rejoining form. And I was already logged into the site.

We have just done ours and had no problem.
Went to Audax site then renewal and done 5 Years.
