Personally, I would listen to my bottom before any well-intentioned advice from Others  ;)
Indeed: in the words of Scandi popular beat combo Roxette, “listen to your arse, there’s nothing else you can do…”

I hate you

Now I have an ear worm.

@jibberjabber, good healing.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

I am also currently suffering a bout of Emmas.  Bizarrely, these came on in the middle of the night and can't be traced to a 40 minute peruse of Exchange & Mart on the chodbin.  Haven't had them for ages.

First attack of the chalfonts was when I was 26 and had to dig up some very heavy fence posts encased in concrete.

I'm not clicking that link  ;D

In related news, I had my post op meeting with the consultant - there were 2 removed, 5cm and 3cm long both came back normal which was a relief - a few more months of recovery but I've since had a few rides of circa 50km or so with only mild discomfort - improving every day though  :thumbsup: if only I could say the same about my endurance!

Let's just say the song in the link (no pictures, honest) contains the line "like a blue rubber glove filled with conkers"  ;D
