I have not.
I don't think it's very different from its cousin ibuprofen though.

Dunno why the UK matters, but I've been using ketoprofen gel for years.  Only caveat was not to expose treated skin to UV - apparently it goes blotchy.  For hamstrings etc. the doc advised putting on a thick layer under an occlusive dressing before going to bed at night and washing it off in the morning.  I've tried it a couple of times but it starves the skin of oxygen if left that long, so I prefer to take if off during my first cludge trudge.

It's always been prescription-only, but most pharmacists used to hand it over it without on the basis that if you knew what it was you'd know how to use it.  That's been clamped down on now, on the basis that in this brave new social-media-driven world everyone is friggin' ignorant.  They're probably right, at that.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

You can get information on medicines available in the UK from the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency Website.

Was wondering if anyone has been prescribed the pills in the UK.

Was your prescription UK or France?

Thanks, but that website is not easily accessible where I am.

I have not.

You are right, was just wondering how often it is prescribed in the UK.

A bit of research shows that they both have the same mechanism. Not a lot of difference.
Ketoprofen seems to have fewer side effects.

France. Never had the pills, either - I can't tolerate NSAIDs other than externally, and even then a heavy layer of gel can give me gut problems.  Funnily enough, that effect only emerged once I started taking Metformin, but that could be coincidence.

From personal experience, the mechanism may be the same but keto stuff works alot better that ibuprofen and paracetamol and naproxen and paracetamol.

But then I am using generic ibuprofen and Paracetomol.

The metformin could be the cause.  Worthwhile asking else where?

What, the gut problems?   Oesophagus, mostly: AIUI NSAIDs depress mucus production so that the lining isn't as well protected.  I don't really blame the metformin - it could just be anno domini.
