A minor niggle but a bit strange.
Cycling home in the driving rain, layers on, wind proof and water proof cycling shell over the top, suddenly I felt a burning sensation over my right bycep. Almost like the stinging from being whacked very hard with a squash ball.
It went away in a few seconds but when I had shower I noticed a patch of tiny red pin pricks of blood.
Very odd
