I was going to post this in "Have you been out today" but it's as much about tomorrow (and the day after) as about today:
My first, partial day as a redundant banker has been spent cruising around London on my new fakenger bike, bothering my old bike shop, having more coffee than my heart and brain would like, and generally enjoying just riding around town. It's amazing how much fun you can actually have in London traffic! I especially enjoyed dropping RLJers during rush hour.
Tomorrow will see a morning session of a few laps in Richmond Park on my "proper" bike followed by fakengering up to the climbing wall. Any others gentlemen (or indeed ladies) of leisure looking for a riding partner around London drop me a PM. I have at least a couple of months!
