Yes.....they are going for a PR effort to try and give Fukushima a brighter image.

They've even created a mascot click

Fukushima Kogyo, headed by Mr Fukushima Hiroshi, is based in Osaka & manufactures fridges for restaurants and warehouses

but still a very silly name for a mascot
