I recently overheard one of the french girls talk about during a party saying "He's the most amazing man in the world"

"Have you just trimmed your pubes?"
It is simpler than it looks.

3rd year secondary maths teacher.

First thing he ever said to me "I hope you're no as stupid as you look"

Last thing "It's a real pleasure to work with someone who's at genius level".

OTT though, genius level suggests a bit more than just best-in-year or whatever.

It means so much more when it comes from someone who knows you well.
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.

I've been headhunted twice by former bosses.   A former client is trying very hard to make it three times.

If we are on about former things, returning to former places of work after 10 years or so, being asked by staff that used to work for me "when are you coming back?"
It is simpler than it looks.

Oh that reminds me, there was that time when 2 external companies paid my wages to the company I was working for to keep me on.

One dear and sadly now departed friend of mine once told me:

"I am quite certain that the rationing of your awesomeness is a safety feature for the rest of us."

After 8 weeks of mountainous fully loaded touring, having lost about 2 stone, a roadie doing hill reps somewhere in NE France comes past us twice - the second time he nods at the trailer and says "EPO, eh?!"

On a more personal level, my good friend/colleague asking if I'd be her backup husband should our relationships hit the fan :D

Not addressed to me, but I overheard it at a party, when someone announced they were going to another establishment:

"By leaving here and going to <xxxx>, you'll raise the average IQ of both places."

Plenty of bullshit "compliments" from bosses etc trying to soften me up and massage my ego - none of which ever worked.

A few weird ones like "You've got nice fingers" and "I like your nose"  ???

Obviously plenty about my hair and my cock  :P
Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!
