As stated in the article, a nice problem to have.

However as Kim implies it is an easy problem to generate if you have no cycle parking!!

Whereas in the Greater Birmingham area, Centro have been adding bike parking to the local stations (where it's mostly empty) rather than at New Street (where the meagre offering is overflowing).  This is presumably because the local stations have more free space (which in town could be more valuably used for Retail Opportunities or to fit more cars in).
