online platform for musicians to sell singles?

As per title. Is there such an online platform?

A couple of my friends have sons who are in bands. They come out with some nice stuff. It occurs to me it would be really great for such smalltown bands to be able to put up singles and people buy them. A simple platform, just for bands to sell directly to fans and so people like me can share a link to the songs.

Sounds like BandCamp ( https://bandcamp.com/) is what you're after. I've purchased plenty of music from there. Not used it as an artist though.
