Recomend a pair of rain proof WALKING over trousers

Looking for something not too hideous.  They don't need to be super robust as these aren't for hill walking or cycling. 
When you have a dog, they need to be walked whatever the weather.  And it doesn't seem that the climate is going to get less wet here in Llandismal.

Can't comment on lack of hideousness, but mine (that do get used on hills) are Berghaus: I also have an adequate pair from Decathlon but they don't stay up so well.

+1 for Paramo Cascada 2. I like wearing mine next to my skin, so not as 'over' trousers - they feel real nice
