To ease the job I stripped the wall paper in the affected room and hallway and lifted the floor along the wall so that the injection could be made from inside. The builder arranged injection, relaid the floor, replastered as needed, fitted new skirting boards and then got a painter to paper and painted ready for when I got home. About £3500.
