Thursday I finally got the last bit mounted, tested and tweaked and it's now done an almighty 2 commutes and 1 shopping trip.


So far I'm loving it. Size is much more comfortable than the old one and it's superstiff without being overly harsh.

I would say that the tension in the flexible transmission device is slightly sub-optimal  ;)
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.

The rims are Mavic CXP30's and the stem is a Deda Murex.
