This used to be one one of the iconic Dales scenery shots ,pristine white cottage set against the backdrop of Ingleborough,it was even featured in a Shell advert (the one were they computer generated a petrol station at Ribblehead)
Now its a ruin ,it seems hard to believe I spent nights here when it was under the stewardship of Warrington pothole club.No lecky water parafin lamps ,water from the stream.
