Wowbagger:
A visit to my cousin and her husband's a couple of weeks ago inspired me to make this:

https://www.sainsburysmagazine.co.uk/recipes/mains/chicken-and-chorizo-stew

I'm not certain that that is the recipe they used, but it was very tasty. However!

The "20 minutes' preparation time" turns into an hour and a half.

Serves 12? I reckon there would have been plenty to serve our family of 6 when the kids were fairly small. Certainly not when they were large.
