I have bought an aluminium cutting ( triple chip grind negative hook angle ) blade to fit in an old  electric chop saw , to cut up alloy scaffold tube 6082 ,  48.3mm diamater & 4mm wall thickness . Would it be best to use a lubricate .
Its More Fun With Three .

It should say on the blade/packaging.

I bought a Evolution mitre saw with a 'cut everything' blade and it has no facility for cooling oil. I've used it to cut alloy angle strip for use on flight cases without any problem.

I have often cut to length aluminum door profiles with a general purpose carbide tipped blade on a chop saw. Never used any lube as it would make a big mess on the saw, and the result was always excellent. You may have to remove the burr with a file before someone nicks his fingers on the freshly cut edge.

^^^That.  Not even sure you need carbide.
