Well ridden Mikey! And 98 of those 100 in less than four months.

(I'm only 100 points behind, you'd better watch out.)

Very glad there's lots of riders racking up lots of rides.

Mikey is talking about the AUK R10000, not the ACP R10000, so no SR600 required.

Ah - ok thanks  ...

I've got my eye on the ACP version & SR600's aren't that easy to come by in the South West - hence my question. :-)

HK and I have just been missing the SR600 for the last couple of years. We'll perhaps do a French one later this year.

Glad you are enjoying your year to date BM.

 :o Well Done Mikey!

I tried to put a list of rides together to see what it would take to get to 100 points before the start of the year. I was past saturation point on a 'taking the piss' with her indoors when I finished and I think I was only at 64 points

Very impressive.  That's 2-3 events a week for the 5 months from start Oct - end Feb  :o.

My points target for the year is a more modest 75 of which Ive completed 14, though with longer days coming up I reckon the addition of events over 200km (+ day/night 200s) will see the scoreboard start to tick over a bit faster.

masterplan for this
find a job that pays 25% more than the current one
reduce to working 4 days a week
have an audax say that looks like a work day every week.

I can't imagine a more tedious way to burn such vast tracts of spare time, but hey - each to their own. Nice work, BM .

then he's got time to get some more miles in.

Good work Mikey. I now know what it feels like to be back on the bike doing Audax rides after a life changing incident, and can imagine your sense of achievement which encourages you to keep going.

I hope to also aspire to great things in my own way.

That's a good question, Pete..  I shall try to approximate based on when I got the bike, and use a date filter search on Garmin Connect. Reckon your guesstimate is a good shot...

Thanks B-S. Spot on, I'd say 👍

Wishing you luck, and oodles of that 'sense of achievement' as well.  How much and how far doesn't matter, as long as you feel good about it. ✔️✔️✔️

All my events are BRM (except the one that isn't cos it's only little).

I've never really understood ACP awards, but IF it just means I would need a BRM 600, I've done oodles, though not this year, yet...

No, a Super Randonnee 600, which is a different beastie to a BRM 600.

Oh yes.  I haven't done one of those.  Might be difficult to organise in the UK (without a very silly convoluted route).
