Windows Platforms

Having just purchased a Mac I still need to run some Windows based software, such as memory map.
Which platform would be recommended

I use Virtualbox on mine. I did use bootcamp but the Windows image on the Bootcamp partition became corrupt.

Virtualbox also saves having to reboot every time you want to change OS.

There are various solutions and to an extent it depends on whether you wish to run OSX and Windows at the same time (therefore not BootCamp) and how true to a PC the virtual machine has to be (drivers, hardware compatibility etc). I use Parallels, mainly because it was the best one for what I wanted when I chose it.
It is simpler than it looks.
