The first white one (who is now more accurately described as 'cream' having had a chance to dry off) was wriggling and clambering from the start. I reckon he's to blame for most of the visible in vivo kicking.

They're very energetic for newborns.

ETA: Yep, it's a seventh, and it's alive. Hopefully she can stop now!

ETA: Another black one, female, 106g. She's discovered that Gaia has a SEEKRIT extra nipple (which is probably just as well).

Well, I am glad I am not a cat mother of 6 kittens. It looks at turns, boring and exhausting. They are so wriggly!

The kittens are now 20 days old, are over three times their birth weight, eyes and ears open, have achieved a basic competence at walking and are starting to show an interest in their surroundings.
