Guide to stretches

ince my LEJOG I have been feling very unflexible and getting symptoms of a far to unbendable back.

Any good suggestions for streching guides/books?

I think I have an ancient copy of this, unread and unloved, on my shelf. Shame you can't just pick it up...

See if you can't track down a copy (now out of print, see Amazon.com: The Cyclist's Body Book: A Self-Help Guide for Two-Wheeled Athletes (Cycling): Frank Westell, Simon Martin: Books) of "The Cyclist's Body Book" 

Or the back issues of C+, which contain a lot of info about stretching. I guess the author of the articles (who's name I forget) will have written a book about it too.
