Katrine Kapers Revival 200km Audax 21/6/14

I wanted to put a plug in for for my new audax event on 21/6/2014 from Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire. It is a modified version of the Katrine Kapers last put on by Campbell Crombie a number of years ago.

It is an attractive route heading north across the Erskine Bridge, towards the Campsies and into the Trossachs; including a ride along the quiet and scenic private road around Loch Katrine.

There will be control points at Fintry, Callander, Inversnaid and Drymen.

The "Hanley clan" will be busy making sure there is plenty of home cooking / baking available at the end of the ride.

If successful I would hope to put this on in future years so it would be great to have a good turnout.

Looks good, and I'll even be in Inversnaid that week. Unfortunately that's because I'm on tour with a choir so I won't be able to ride

We entered ages ago. There are precious few rides in the West of Scotland and this looks to be a great one. We didn't want to miss it, so its been in the diary holding family visits at bay for months.
