A. A. Milne was right
« on: October 27, 2009, 09:38:38 am »
My daughter telephoned this morning to say that she had seen a piece on the television in which someone had discovered that black bears hum. It would appear that they had recorded a mother humming to her cubs and them responding in kind.

Tra la la, tra la la, tra la la, tra la la,
Rum tum tiddle-um-tum
Tiddle-iddle tiddle-iddle tiddle-iddle tiddle-iddle
Rum tum tum tiddle-um

Come on, keep up! We used to do that when the Heffalumps wore mufflers.
