I have just put my self in the dog house by rashly buying a Pashley tandem for £50. Apart from a couple of new tyres and brake blocks, it seems in OK nick. Have I done the right thing? The right brake lever works both brakes but the left is flapping in the wind. I assume this should be connected to a drag brake which is missing. Any advice would be welcomed.
