opening a GDB without a Garmin?

I've put the GPS track of my event (I put it as a track as the route goes AOF as usual; people can presumably trace out their own waypoints from it)
here
http://www.aukweb.net/gps/302g.zip
Is there any way of opening it without a Garmin GPS map? is there a free program you can download to allow you to preview it like with Excel Viewer? (bikely doesn't seem to want to)

Save it as .GPX rather than gdb - most of the online mapping tools can read GPX.
Mapsource (I assume you have this ?) can save in GPX format.
also, i couldn't open your zipfile with WinZip, error message :
" skipping: Corker.gdb this file is not in the standard Zip 2.0 format
Please see
WinZip® - Unsupported Zip Format
for more information"

try again; Winzip 2.1 saved it as a zipx but the AUK website won't support it unless I make it a .zip
