I have a Fabios Chest, basically a modern day take / complete rip-off of a Camper Longflap.

What's the best mounting system for behind the saddle? It's the Bagman Quick Release QR Support - Expedition, right?

Are these not designed as handlebar bags, to go with the 'Towel Rack' handlebars made by Crust (but probably by Nitto).

Although as you say it's basically a take on the Carradice Camper.

I've a lot of time for Ron. If you grew up with early 90s Mountain Bikes, but like Drop barred Bikes he talks a lot of sense. Takes himself less seriously than Jan Heine and is funnier than Grant from Rivendell.

Not really, they're exactly the same as a Carradice. It's just trendy to whack one on the front.

I use it on the front of another bike

I have something like that for the front. Although mine is sturdier, lighter, cheaper and field serviceable... Not what I want on the back though.

I know that it's no the prettiest of options but I really like the Carradice SQR uplift mount https://www.carradice.co.uk/products/accessories/sqr-system

Yeah I thought that. I just wanted to introduce anyone who was aware to the pythonesque madness that is Ultraromance. Who says North Americans don't get irony?

There is someone making a carradice bagman style rack with a strut welded through the middle, which stops the sag. But I can't remember who. I like the Nitto ones, but not cheap.

A wrap of gaffa tape does the same thing.
