Bents for sale
« on: 12 February, 2020, 11:39:40 am »

Someone I follow on twitter is selling 2 recumbents:

"Heading for hard times financially, so, I need to sell the bikes I have kicking about.

First: Modified KMX Koyote w/250W electric assist, 48v 12Ah battery, NuVinci N330 hub. £2200 ono

Second: Dutch recumbent, 3x6 derailleurs, £550 ono"

Might be of interest to people here.

Sorry about your mate QG. Assuming they are in Leicester? Might be worth sticking them in the Cycling UK forum too if they're a member or have a mate who is.

Try also the bhpc forum.

They hold their value as long as you are not into a quick turnover.  An e-assist kmx is a bit niche.

I have no idea about bikes like these, was just passing on the message to help.

My point was that they might need to wait a while to get their money's worth, but should get a good price if they do.  If they are in a rush ... they might get lucky?  Potentially splitting the kmx and the e-assist might be a plan.
