A big thanks to Paul, I thoroughly enjoyed my day out & the weather was great. I started late & took a friend who was new to Audax, his previous experience has been cyclosportifs & his comment was it was a lot more relaxed. He had a great day & beat me up all the hills but was lagging at the endas the miles took toll. I was trialing a new saddle & it was no problem, I also think I will be back next year.

Thanks for a lovely ride. First outing for a year or so and decided to take the easy way home after Ditchling where my head exploded.

My write up of this event is now on the Central London CTC blog:

I think there's great potential for this ride to attract a large entry next year: anyone in London who I've mentioned it to has been very positively interested.
