There's a major change to the route this year. At 370km the route now goes to Barnstaple and thence to Bridgwater, before heading south to Seaton and the traditional route home.
There's slightly less climbing, and yet another sea-view.
The level of tlc is the same, with a food control at Penzance, sleep and food at Bude, and food at the finish.
For those that don't know, Kernow is Cornish for Cornwall.
