gpx file from Edge 250

Someone on here wants to send me a track from their Garmin Edge 250, but doesn't appear to be able to squeeze a gpx file out of it. Does anyone know how to do that, please.

You get a .hst file from a 205, a pre tcx file. Use garmin training software to extract it and convert to .tcx. Then convert the tcx with, eg, bikeroutetoaster.

Recent versions of Garmin Training Center can export activities in GPX format. So download from the Edge to Training Center, then export from there.

Or you could use GPSBabel. It can convert from .hst or  or .tcx format to GPX.
