Not right now, but Luna has decided she will go for walks with me, I walk out the door and she trails me to the local green spaces, across roads and through the local copse. I'm going to have to be careful where I walk to now.

Well, Tigs went for a short wander and is back safe.  He knows his limitations

When we lived on the boats, we had a cat who went completely blind. Still managed to navigate to-and-from the bank. He'd find the edge of the pontoon, then dab in the air with a paw until he felt the side of the boat and carefully climb in (the gap varied from 4" to a foot, depending on wind direction).

Money saving expert has a code for these for £80 for the rest of this week for anyone interested (I note they were 10 quid more on Amazon last week but have now gone up to over £100, presumably to make money off anyone not getting that deal in time who looks on there...)

For anyone interested the Vax Spotwash seems to be £79 on Amazon today

Shouting very loudly from inside Mr Nextdoor’s biggest and strongest shed which she has got herself locked into. She’s been avoiding home for a week now because she always goes and hides when we have people staying, but I don’t think she’s been locked in there that long.

Mr Nextdoor is currently out so we’re giving him a short while before property damage is enacted. I’ve got a cheep lock pick set which will be my first attack, but I’m not exactly practised in the activity.

Enjoying a post prandial sleep on one of the dining chairs having, for the first time since it was fitted a fortnight three weeks ago, come in through the microchip activated cat flap. Hoorah!

Pumpkin just came in soaking wet, walked under my legs where I have them up on a footstool, and dragged her cold wet tail across the backs of my bare knees.
That was unpleasant.

It was. She’s currently sitting on my knee. She’s also currently on a strict refeeding diet (she lost over 25% of her body mass) and additional house arrest to ensure she doesn’t supplement her diet with the local wildlife. She’s not entirely happy about either.

She was allowed out this afternoon. She approached it more tentatively than we thought she would. She still thinks we’re not feeding her enough though as she follows anyone who goes into the kitchen and sits and stares at us reproachfully.

Reminds me of the cat I used to be staff for - he'd track me down in the house and do that, while also grumbling like an idling V8 engine.

Being a little furry weirdo.
Normally our bedroom doors are always ajar, because, cats. Generally the doors only get shut when we're trying to corral the cats in one place to put them in their boxes (which usually means the cattery).
This morning, around 11am I shut one of the doors for about 2 mins while I left the iron to warm up unsupervised. Since then, Ninkasi's been hiding, slinking, making pathetic mewling noises.
Nearly 7pm and she's only just forgiven me and come out for a spoffle.
Silly cat.
