Heard today( in the trade) that the price of bog peat e.g Bullrush etc is set to rocket by at least 30% next spring , due to shortage of good material.
I guess that other replacement products will go up as well on the back of the price rise.
If you have space in the shed /greenhouse it may be worth a visit to the local garden centre to avail yourself of any end of season offers they may have on compost etc.
