I'm thinking of changing my broadband supplier soon.
Has anyone had experience of Orange Broadband?
Good? Bad? Worse than BT?

Horriffic!
I was disconnected for 7 months initially due to something that was partly my fault. It dragged on because they kept forgetting to do what they said they would!
To be fair, they were quite helpful when I said I wanted to disconnect as I was moving away from that house.

From what I've heard:-
Random DNS server failures.
Random connection drops, often lasting several hours.
Random routing problems lasting several hours that will slow down only some websites.
So, no different to BT then. Much of a muchness.

Having been on the inside my view would be:
Barge pole
Run the other way, as quick as you can
There are better (and worse) ISPs out there

O2 is very very good (IME)
£7.50 pcm (for O2 users) and always around 5-6MB even for us out in the sticks
