Cursing the twunt in emergency social work services who has written a case note relating to a phone call from the police about a client who the department holds guardianship for - but written it in my client's electronic file, not the client whom the note actually relates to. Because they're an out of hours service, I can't contact him to get him to remove it, and I have no idea which client it relates to. I've notified systems admin who are as delighted by it as me.

I had the dubious pleasure of being able to swear at various MS SQL Server versions starting with 4.21 and ending with SQL Server 2000. After that I moved away from in depth technical issues but have found plenty of other IT work related things to swear at
