Autumn and Winter Training for next year's TTs?
« on: 22 August, 2008, 10:53:32 am »
So what shall I do? And when?

The easy bit is to get the bike I use better set up or get a better bike maybe. I still plan to ride fixed, that's what I am best at.

What about a suitable training plan leading to 10s and 25s from next April on?

A) get a coach
b) now!

:)

They don't have to tbe that expensive (I'm starting with one in November and it's £40 a month) and they really will get you performing the best that you've ever done!

It's generally regarded that a coach will get you going faster than better kit too.

Might be a bit tight on some of the sporting courses though
