Climbs in eastern Pyrenees

There’s a chance we could find ourselves in the eastern Pyrenees in September, either in France or Andorra. I fancy a couple of days cycling, are there any good climbs in the area I could throw myself at?  We are flexible regarding exactly location but would need a decent campsite to park the caravan.

It looks like the Alps will elude us so this might be Plan B.

The L-401 between Sant Llorenc and Organya has some spectacular bits. Did in 2011 after seeing this recommendation and was not disappointed
