Should we change the heading now to avoid confusion?

Needs cycleman or an admin to do it to the OP.  (I had a go upthread, but these changes don't propagate.)
They do if you quote! But only until someone simply replies.

It's probably not worth pming cycleman about, he'll notice it in due time.

Just looked on their website and looked at their online camping options for 1 person, 3 nights from 22 May
- grass non electric tent £67.50
- hardstanding electric hookup £121.50

Seems an expensive place compared to others we’ve been to, exacerbated by the fact that it’s the Bank Holiday.

Yep. It's giving me £45 for two nights. The previous weekend would only be £8. Perhaps we should change the date.

That's better. £27 for two nights. Still a bit more than the average YACF camping w/e but not painfully so.

I can't do 17th - 19th April, but never mind. Change away if necessary.

Is there a confirmed date for this yet?

I am quite happy to change the date for this. I'm worried about the corona virus and  how it may affect this event but I will keep it on for the moment. 17th 19th is okay with me.
If it comes to the crunch we could move this to later in the year.
I would like to do a twiteys tipis weekend in September but I put a thread up about that in a couple of weeks  🙂 .

If corona virus puts people off travelling, we might get cheaper rates...  ;)

I've just been on the phone with cycleman, and we've made a Decision:  17th - 19th April it is.
