Universal Battery Charger ?

This seems to be being sold discounted for £15-£18 at the moment , it claims to be able to recharge a variety of batteries (camera & AA's) by the use of multiple plates.

Has anyone used it or a similar charger ? It seems a good idea, meaning if you were carrying an SLR and a backup compact on tour you wouldn't need multiple chargers.

I've got (and used) an Ansman charger.

Fiddly. Very fiddly.
