Just woken up in a sweaty lump on the sofa. Mrs has abandoned me - must've been snoring! - and legged it to ~~the West Wing~~ bed.

Really sorry I missed it but really glad I didn't try a 200 mile drive tonight.

I discovered, on Saturday, that having not properly ridden my bike for 7 months (YES! 7 months!) I am more than a little unfit.

If I am to do the Catalan thing next year I need to get back into it.

Dave (not OTP) is keen to join the tour next year, but can't do Weds.

Weds seem to be a little bit of a problem for some others.

So it back on and back to it's old day of Thursday, starting this week.
