Action Medical Research Castle Ride

Anybody else gonna be doing this next weekend?

I did it last year and there are a couple of stinky hills. Spoke to Mark Trott (who's organising it) and he said the first 60 miles are more hilly this year than last, and I mentioned the absolute stinker after Rochester Castle. He chuckled, and said he's found a steeper one!!!  >:( >:( >:(

There's 700 + riders this year.

Rode it last year and it wasn't very good, particularly the organisation at the start :-\

I rode it too last year JT, and whilst the queues were a little long at the start, I thoroughly enjoyed all the new lanes and the ride itself.

So I won't see you then!

First Richard Phipps, then Mel Kirkland, then Steve Abraham.

Now it looks like Riggers has been cloned as well ;D

First Richard Phipps, then Mel Kirkland, then Steve Abraham.

one of the Mel K's was last seen heading towards HGV rear wheels and /or Thanet on the A299 whilst the timid went along the sea wall on the Invicta 300; presumably a garage opened Diva Citroen stylee and a replacement rolled out for the SA.
