My new headset press. It's more heavy duty than my last version, I bent the 50mm washers! The nuts on this are 30mm.

It works a treat, one cup at a time, easy!

For those times when a track pump doesn't have enough oomph: my tubeless inflator

Old coke bottle with 2 valve stems in the lid, on the one with the tube the valve is removed. The pipe is connected to the tyre and clamped, the bottle pumped to 3 bar, the clamp released and whooosh! the tyre seats on the rim.

P.S. Don't try this at home!!

Genius and much cheaper than a compressor!

Can't claim credit for it I'm afraid as I got the idea from a thread on singletrackworld

If you're not back on tonight, I'll keep an eye on the news for any unexplained explosion headlines!

Ob bottle compressor - why not just fit the cap and jump on the bottle.. ( calculates that for a 32mm tyre that would be about 1-1.5 litres of air, so the best you could get would be 2-3 bar from atmospheric.)

My tubeless tyres are 2.5" MTB tyres so I need more volume to get them to seat properly
