The FA is aiming to get £900m and then will spoff it and in a few years time will be financially as well as morally bankrupt.

Or maybe some other views...?

It’s just a concrete and steel structure. Release the capital value and move on.
I am surprised that Sport England didn’t put a clawback clause in the contract when they part funded the redevelopment. Perhaps like most people,they never envisaged the FA selling.

Funny in a sport with millions sloshing around that the governing body needs to flog its assets to fund grassroots - and what happens once they've spent the windfall.
