Yes it is - in fact looking at his schedule, it's hard to believe he doesn't have an Audax background! I note he rode the 2013 24hour, with 321miles (which is respectable enough, but not stellar).
Oh, hang on, he also did 348 in 2012! Quite a back-story too:
