Photo mount boards

The exhibition for my local camera club requires mounted A4 prints. Any suggestions for what sort of mounts to get?
Presumably it needs the bit with the hole, plus the backing board. And some sort of tape/glue to stick them together.

Where to buy from? Some places seem rather expensive for a simple board. I only need a few for now, but I might get some extra if cheaper to buy in bulk/save on postage.

And any useful guides for how to do the mounting?

I'd check with club on exact requirements. You might get away with simply mounting to foamboard. I got some reasonably priced from here:
