Recommendations for a Bluetooth Transmitter, please

We would like a Bluetooth transmitter that plugs into the headphone socket.  USB charging prefferred and the ability to stream from PC nice but not essential.  Would prefer not to spend a fortune.

Anyone any thoughts?

The one time I bought one (not the cheapest) pretty much at random it failed from the off. Good luck.

It can receive or transmit and is USB chargeable. We have a couple and have no complaints.
