It is a pain trying to keep on top of council planning/traffic/general public notices. The Scottish Government now have a new(ish) website that acts as a single portal and will allegedly send out email alerts for pre-saved searches.
Here if you are interested and would find it useful. Slightly more convenient that having to scan the small ads in the local rag or chase through individual council web sites proactively.
